1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Noor Al Oud or commissioning our bespoke perfumery creations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and salon protocols.
2. Authenticity & Natural Variance Guarantee
Noor Al Oud guarantees that all Pure Dehn Al Oud oils, attars, and Eau De Parfums are formulated using genuine agarwood distillates, authentic Taif rose petals, and premium aromatics. Because our creations utilize raw wild botanical extractions and vintage hydro-distillations, natural variations in color, viscosity, and maceration age across seasonal harvests are hallmarks of authentic artisanal perfumery.
3. Orders & Concierge Checkout
All acquisitions submitted via our online boutique, direct WhatsApp concierge, or physical salons are subject to batch availability. Due to the limited yield of 15-year aged agarwood and seasonal Taif harvests, allocations are granted on a first-confirmed basis.
4. Returns & Hygiene Protocol
For reasons of hygiene and the volatile nature of undiluted perfume oils, flacons whose wax seals or security bands have been breached cannot be returned or restocked. If an item arrives compromised or damaged in transit, notify our concierge within 48 hours for immediate insured replacement.
